To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain products, such as perishable items or personalized products, cannot be returned.

Ship the product back using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
