At Rawhy Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products, such as perishable items or personalized products, cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at rawhy2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at rawhy2025@gmail.com with photos of the item.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
