Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 8–15 business days in total, and some orders ship from a US warehouse and arrive sooner. These are estimates, not guarantees.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Any shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 1–3 days to start updating, and items in one order may ship separately.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, or tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@rawhystore.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition, ideally in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email support@rawhystore.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive them.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Sorry about that. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost. For low-value items you usually will not need to send anything back.

Which pets are your products for?
Our beds and feeders are made for cats and small dogs. Check the size details on each product page before you order.
How do I choose the right cat cave size?
The Cozy Cat Cave comes in M (about 33 cm), L (about 36 cm) and XL (about 40 cm). If your pet likes to stretch out, or is on the larger side, size up.
How do I clean the products?
The cat cave can be hand washed or machine washed cold; let it air dry. The gravity feeder has detachable parts that you can take apart and rinse.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards through Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other options shown at checkout. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
