Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Delivery to the United States usually takes 8-15 business days in total. Some orders ship from a US warehouse and may arrive sooner. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can occur due to carriers or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 1-3 days after shipment to start updating. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, or tracking has not moved for 7 days, email support@rawhystore.com with your order number and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.
